You can experiment with its various quality settings, but to get the best results you may want to keep in mind that madVR relies on the speed of your CPU. The madVR renderer is used mainly for upscaling video during playback. In the new window that appears, browse to the VIDEO_TS folder that can be found in the ripped content. In MPC-HC, from the File menu that's in the main menu bar at the top, you can choose to open DVD.
